I'm new to the site and was wondering if BBDKP is actually offers monthly hosting for guild web sites. if so, can someone lead me into the right direction?

bbDKP is not a guild hosting site. It is a piece of forum software you install on top of phpbb to track raids among many other things.

Ok, so it allows me to track who applys, dkp, and allows me to use forums you all developed?

The forum is phpbb.

bbDKP installs on top of that to provide the features you need to manage raids and DKP in your guild.
